Tom Short is the OPC Consultant Services Manager. Based in our office in London, Tom manages our global consultant services business, working with clients to identify and fulfil requirements for external consultant contracts globally.

Tom has 10 years’ experience providing expertise to clients in engineering and the energy sectors. He delivers talent & project workforce solutions worldwide partnering with client project management & procurement functions.

He has specific experience in offshore Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy and has worked with global majors & developers including Shell, Chevron and Ørsted.
