Our geophysics consultants have worked on a wide range of 2D and 3D seismic interpretation projects for clients located worldwide. These projects have included the evaluation of exploration and production assets in data rooms, prospect evaluations, Licence Round work, velocity and depth conversion sensitivities, seismic survey planning, seismic processing management, Competent Person Reports, reserves estimations and field development planning.

In addition OPC has performed quantitative geophysical analysis of seismic data in order to extract information on field reservoir properties and fracture orientations. The extracted data have been integrated with geological and reservoir engineering data to generate static and dynamic models of the fields. The field models have been used to help client companies reduce risk by optimizing the locations of future exploration, appraisal and production wells.
OPC has access to a full range of industry standard software technology including Petrel, IHS Kingdom and Recall.
OPC has the resources to provide QA/QC services in support of onshore or offshore seismic acquisition projects.
