Crucial step in mitigating CO2
OPC has completed an exploration study in Western Australia, identifying CO2 storage prospects.
The OPC team was tasked with performing a regional screening study to identify suitable CO2 stores in lieu of our clients proposed CO2 emission point. The screening included all major basins in Western Australia including Perth, Yilgarn, Officer, Carnarvon, and Canning. The team examined a combination of sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous sequences.
The study made a crucial step towards our client’s mission to mitigate CO2 emissions.
