The Delton Group is a leading international service provider of Technical Training, Competency Assurance and Consultancy services to the Worldwide Energy Industry. Delton is a fully accredited Assessment Centre through the UK Qualifications Authority, who work very closely with OPITO and the North Sea Oil Industry.
OPC and Delton formed an official MOU to jointly develop and market training and technical consultancy services to our clients.
In 2016 OPC and Delton were contracted to a client in Kazakhstan to develop, install and maintain a dedicated Competency Assurance Management System (CAMS) and to deliver the required onsite training to improve the skills knowledge and competency of its workforce. This international project involved experts from OPC London, Delton’s UK Office and OPC Kazakhstan. Technical Production & Operations Consultants, Coaches and On-job-Trainers were mobilised to deliver these services.
