OPC performed an Independent Engineer Report for Block Energy Plc covering the Lower Eocene and Upper Cretaceous reservoirs in the Patardzueli-Samgori field. OPC undertook a comprehensive evaluation of Block’s technical work, including geology, geophysics, petrophysics, reservoir engineering, development plan, well design, costings, commercialisation and economics.

Commenting, Paul Haywood, Block Energy Chief Executive Officer said:

‘We are delighted to receive an IER from OPC validating the significant multi-disciplinary work we have undertaken to define the full scope of Project III.
