OPC’s in-house subsurface team worked alongside the client to deliver a dynamic model with economic forecasts for a prospect offshore Atlantic Ireland.
The study included a review of the geological data provided by the client from analogue wells in the region. A static model built around this data was QC’d and reviewed and formed the basis of OPC’s dynamic model. The model included a range of cases to help give a picture of the range of outcomes that developing the prospect would produce.
The profiles and report were provided to the client, a product which could be presented to potential partners in the prospective development.
